Shawn M. Colbert has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Ms. Colbert is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Springwood Real Estate Services, one of Pennsylvania’s leading developers and managers of multifamily housing, based in York Township, PA.The CPM® designation is achieved through a combination of education, experience, and examinations. CPM® members are recognized as experts in real estate management and must abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics.
Ms. Colbert joined Springwood Real Estate Services in 1997 and has over 20 years management experience. She is responsible for the company’s management operations and is actively involved in new project development, for Springwood and for its affiliate, Springwood Hospitality LLC.
