About Springwood Real Estate Services
When I founded
Springwood in 1996, I wanted to start an entrepreneurial property
management company that could think "outside the box" and move
quickly to take advantage of opportunities for our clients.
We do.
I wanted to attract the most talented people, and we have. Our
bright, experienced property management talent comes from larger
firms, but they flourish in Springwood’s faster-moving culture.
Our clients benefit from their energy and depth of expertise.
I wanted us to become a market leader, and we are. We are one
of only four Accredited Management Organizations®
serving our market area, and Central Penn Business Journal ranks
us eighth largest among property management firms in south central
Pennsylvania. We have secured Section 42 tax credits for an
unprecedented 185 affordable rental units in two counties in
just four years.
I demanded that integrity always be our first priority. As our
portfolio has grown, investors, lenders and the public have
