Accounting Clerks for our York office
Basic accounting education required. Experience not always required. Desire to be part of a winning team needed.
Landscaping
Seasonal lawn care help – spring, summer, early fall. Would be responsible for running lawn mowers and other types of powered lawn care equipment. Additional responsibilities would include mulching flowerbeds, trimming bushes and trees, etc. Previous experience helpful but a love of the land and desire to make our residents feel proud of their homes required.
Leasing Representatives for residential properties
Responsible for leasing apartments at our residential properties. Previous rental experience not required but previous sales experience helpful. Absolute love of working with people required.
Lifeguards for residential properties
Some of our properties have swimming pools and hire seasonal (summer) lifeguards. Lifeguard Certification would be required.
Multi-site managers for residential and commercial properties
Overall fiscal and physical management of a specific portfolio of properties, as well as overall supervision of any site staff. Previous experience in related multi-site real estate management required.
On-site managers for residential properties
Day-to-day management of a specific property and direct supervision of site staff. Previous experience in real estate management helpful but not always required. Other experience will be considered. Feeling true pleasure when working with people a must.
Porters for residential properties
Responsible for cleaning inside apartments, hallways, and grounds. No previous experience required but must be dedicated to keeping a property as clean as you would want your own home kept. Pride in your work required.
Receptionists & Administrative Associates for our York office
Secretarial and computer (word processing) skills required. Previous experience helpful. Love of people a must. “Can Do” attitude required.
Service Managers for residential properties
Day-to-day maintenance management of a specific property and direct supervision of all service personnel. Responsible for scheduling work performed and purchasing materials. Previous experience in apartment maintenance required, “Can Do” attitude a must. Must love working with people and providing great service.
Service Technicians for residential properties
Responsible for apartment maintenance and turnover. This position would require previous apartment maintenance experience. Absolute love of working with people and a commitment to providing great service required.
